Mulled Wine

Serves 4
750ml red wine½ cup brown sugar5 allspice berries3 slices fresh ginger½ cinnamon stickZest of ½ an orange5 cloves
MethodCombine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until very hot.  Stand for 5 minutes to infuse then strain and serve warm.

Method
