Yep, the season has started. First bottle out. :D

750ml red wine
½ cup brown sugar
5 allspice berries
3 slices fresh ginger
½ cinnamon stick
Zest of ½ an orange
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until very hot.
Stand for 5 minutes to infuse then strain and serve warm.
